• The minimum quantity to order is 10 hoodies, 10 crews or 18 hats.
  
  
• Select the colour you wish to purchase. NOTE: All program merchandise MUST be the same colour.

• The order form must include all names, student's active email address, phone number and size. See size chart below.
  
  
• Identify one person as the contact person for the entire order. This person will place the order and receive all communications from their local Campus Store.


• To initiate the order, the lead person will email the completed form to their local Campus Store. Click here for Campus Store information.
  Each student will then be required to pay online or in store. Purchase Program Merchandise
  
  
• The order must be paid in full within 7 days of the order form submission and prior to the Campus Store placing the order with the manufacturer. Delivery times may vary once placed with the vendor, depending on the time of year. The Campus Store will notify the designated contact person of any unforeseen delays in manufacturing or delivery. Program merchandise are final sale.
